Downstream antibody modification
AbD Serotec offers a range of options for the downstream processing and purification of antibodies. Its proprietary purification processes have been developed to maximize the yield, purity, and immunoreactivity of the antibodies.
- Purification by a choice of Protein A, Protein G, ion exchange, or size exclusion chromatography
- Extensive range of markers for conjugation including:
Alkaline Phosphatase, APC, Biotin, Dylight™ 488, Dylight™ 549, Dylight™ 649, FITC, HRP, and RPE - Conjugation of small quantities through to industrial scale large batches.
- Lyophilization to prolong the shelf-life and improve
temperature stability of antibodies – especially those
conjugated with APC and RPE - Production of Low Endotoxin antibodies for functional
